Wire harness manufacturing process is divided into the following parts: cutting peeling brushing twisting tin staining terminal crimping assembly electrical testing appearance inspection packaging.
1. Automatic wire cutting equipment is used to cut wires according to the size required by the process. The cut wires are neatly arranged (50 pieces/tie) and placed in the designated position, and labeled.
2. Install the corresponding blades according to wire specifications, adjust the travel of peeling, clamping and tangential line according to process indexes, adjust the size adjustment plate according to the length of peeling, place wire in the middle of the blade, hold the wire head against the size adjustment plate, and step on the foot to peel.
3. The brush is connected to the power supply, and the electric copper brush is turned clockwise. The oblique cladding exposed at both ends is separated from the core by SOP graphic method, and the oblique cladding (i.e. ground wire) is twisted and twisted.
4. The twist clamp is complete and the rotating force is uniform. All the brushed copper wires are clamped into the twist clamp for twisting (when clamping copper wires, they should be clamped in the middle and lower parts).
5. Tin-dipping furnace is regulated according to the given temperature of SOP (300+20 C). The wires are arranged and aligned. The conductors of the core wires are separated and aligned. The conductors of the core wires are dipped with flux. When tin-dipping, the core wires must be sent vertically to the tin furnace (size according to SOP requirements). When the core wires are in place, the wires must be taken out immediately.
6. Terminals are pressed to connect the cut wires with a small press. Sometimes one terminal can be pressed to connect multiple wires.
7. Partitioning the crimped wires according to the partitioning process requirements, that is, inserting the terminals into the sheath.
8. The assembly will be completed by assembling the sub-assembly according to the circuit direction on the drawing board (tape or pulling tape bundled into bundles, that is, wiring bundles).
9. Standard wire tester is used to test the voltage withstanding, impedance and short circuit breaking performance of wire.
10. Appearance inspection uses naked eye to check whether some appearance parts meet the standards and whether there is lack of accessories, etc.
11. The cables will be packed neatly. The cables will be packed (500PCS/box) 50PCS/tied, 5 tied/bags and 2 bags/boxes according to the graphic method. When the boxes are full, the boxes will be sealed and labeled with the sealing machine.
