Board to board connector
The development trend of board-to-board connectors in mobile phones is that the pitch and height of the pins are getting smaller and smaller. At present, the main focus is on 0.4mmpitch, which will gradually develop to 0.35mm or less, and the subsequent requirements are lower and have a shielding effect. At the same time, the height of the BTB (board-to-board connector) is gradually reduced to 0.9 mm.
I/O connector
The I/O connector is one of the most important access channels in mobile phones. It includes the connection of power and signal. The reduction of volume and product standardization will be the main direction of future development. More round and MiniUSB connectors are now used.
The MicroUSB connector for mobile phones is gradually becoming standardized under the impetus of the European Union and the GSM Association. The current mainstream market is 5pin. As each mobile phone manufacturer has its own mobile phone solution, the MicroUSB connector has a trend of standardization and customization. At the same time, the plug-in connector has also developed in the same way. In 2012, MicroUSB will mainly adopt MicroUSB as the standard interface for charging. Mobile phone manufacturers such as Nokia, Moto and SEMC have begun to take substantial steps. Later, the connector is required to be thinner, visually and waterproof.
Card connector
The card connector is mainly composed of a 6-pin SIM card connector and a T-flash connector. The future development direction is mainly to improve the shielding function and thickness of the SIM card connector, achieving an ultra-low thickness of at least 0.50 mm, and the card connector. The product is oriented to multi-functional development, and there are products of SIM card connector + T-flash connector in one on the market.
Battery connector
Battery connectors are available in shrapnel and guillotine styles. The technical trends of battery connectors are mainly miniaturization, new battery interface, low contact resistance and high connection reliability.
In terms of the CameraSocket connector, the CameraSocket connector provides good electromagnetic shielding for the camera module, facilitating the maintenance of the camera module, and standardization and customization coexist for a while. At the same time, in the production and testing process of the mobile phone connector, the plug-in and electromagnetic compatibility of the connector products are increased.
